K&S 818 rc helicopter rotor head.

From '90 years this interesting head released by japanease K&S for 60 class helicopter. It is a full aluminium head.

Of couse you can use this head on heli of that time so Kalt 60 and Hirobo Freya of course. The most interesting thing is the flapping system of blades. So If a blade go up the blade of other side go dowm. The two sides are connected by a particular sled.

I think this system is very helpful during movement, of helicopter, in the hovering.

Kyosho 2003 General Catalog

Here is the original Kyosho catalog of 2003. I bought this one only to see the caliber helicopter news in the golden era of Kyosho helicopter.

Lots of upgrade for EP and GP helicopter with Zeal special parts. The new Caliber 90 GP heli was presented.

There are also the helicopter's body like the swift 2 for caliber 60 and 90, the "Accelerator" the F3C body for the Concept 60 line; it is still in the catalog.

Tamiya F1 Ferrari F60

I bought this Tamiya Ferrari F1 in kit form about two years ago. Only now i build it and paint with a classic red. Then i added an old Team Orion Chrome touring 12x2 ep motor and a ThunderTiger E-Speeder esc.

The Orion motor is old and used but it should be very fast on this car.

Option Magazines from Japan

Here the lastest Option and Option 2 magazines landed from "land of rising sun".
On Option II there are some nice articles about 2013 World Time Attack Challenge, in Australia; the presentations about japanease teams that run in this race and the final results of the race.

This race is incredible with cars with a power of 800/1000ps, very light weight so super high performance. Won an amazing Australian Mitsu Evo car. The best Japanease team won the 4th place on an S14. Mr Taniguchi (Nickname NOB) drove the TopFuel S2000 and a heavy modified RX7 from Team  Amemiya. Tarzan Yamada a nice Honda NSX.

Then always on the magazine usual lots of infos and parts about Toyota Supra, GTR R35 and R34, Toyota 86, etc.
