Rokuhan Shinkansen 500 Eva

2015 marked the 40th anniversary of Sanyo Shinkansen's 500 completion inauguration, as well as the 20th anniversary of the start of the Evangelion TV series.
To celebrate this double anniversary, the real Shinkansen Evangelion Project was launched in November 2015.
 
Some days ago Rokuhan released the Shinkansen 500 in Evangelion anime colors in Z gauge like the real one.

I bought the starter set and the additional box with 5 cars. Very expensive but it is a really masterpiece in the little Z gauge.

Tomica Plarail advance 500 type EVA and automatic station

Here are the lastest set i bought about Tomy plarail advance world.

1) It is the maglev train with his track; of course it is not like the Tomica maglev in HO scale with true levitation. It has normal wheels under the train.

2) Shinkansen 500 with anime serie evangelion colors

3) The new automatic station; now 2 or 3 trains can run on the same track. When a train arrive in the station it stops. When another train is near the station the first train leaves from the station and the second one stops.

 

TOMIX Railset C and D layout

These are the Tomix layout C and D. Now i will add these railset to DXII layout for build a bigger citcuit.

Tomix 92639 Bullet train 300

Here is the Shinkansen 300 released by Tomix some years ago. It is the no. 92639. The box contains the bullet train 300 with 7 cars. Of course it is in the gauge "N".

Now i tried it and it is really very fast with this speed (in his scale of course); over of 650 km/h!!!!

Tomytec moving Bus system

Here is the lastest set released some weeks ago in Japan about Tomix Bus system in scale N. It is the JR East Bus. The Bus works with two lr44 battery and it is free to run in teh road.

The set can be joined with other set already relead by Tomytec in the previous years; you can build amazing tracks and use them with Tomix scale N trains.
